The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to both the beach and downtown. We also loved the decor of the rooms, it was very pleasing to the eye. the swimming pool was a fantastic amenity and we had a great time cooling off and relaxing by the poolside.
One major issue we had during our stay was with the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. the toilet flushing system was incredibly slow, often requiring multiple flushes.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the bustling 5th avenue. You can also easily reach the beautiful beach in just a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. The property itself is secure and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and a fully equipped kitchen in the condos.
The service could be improved, especially after 6:00pm when it was sometimes difficult to find a staff member available.

The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and a beach club nearby. It was within walking distance to town and restaurants. The staff, especially Rebeca and Gavon, were extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. a great value for a comfortable stay.
